PISOB is a Non-Profit Organization that has core value to support mankind through its charitable initiatives. We proudly proclaim that we have no political agenda and political motive with specific views but we stand for the people if their rights got violated. We are volunteer based charitable organization that believes in people’s welfare where no decimation among the people for their class, tribe, origin, area, religion and gender etc.
We are registered organization from the Government of Bangladesh under the Society Act (XXI of 1860). Our registration number is S-13089/2019. We are working for ethnic community especially who lived in the remote village and hill tracks to develop their lifestyle and reduce their poverty so that we can be proud partner of the nation building initiatives taken by the Government of People's Republic of Bangladesh to full the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's).
We create awareness among the people through our innovative activities to lead their lives with morality, religious harmony and truth. We are engaged with the influential community and personnel where religious leader, local representative and government stakeholders are included as well. We believe that we have the power inside to keep the earth safe and build a peaceful world through our kindness and good thinking.
A society will build up through assurance of ultimate health care, decreasing the risk due to climate change, stabilization of human resources, and reduction of gender discrimination and increasing indigenous wealth so that human rights and social justice will be ensured

Our Mission
PISOB will work for the people without discriminating by class, occupation, religion, color, cultural, ethnic community and gender to assure sustainable development through ultimate health care, removing gender discrimination and assurance of socio economic development in the society. Besides, it will operate development projects and initiate awareness activities with the aim to bring positive changes in the society according to necessity of targeted beneficiaries like underprivileged, less fortunate, deprived and ethnic community for boosting up their capacity through communication and coordination with civil society, stakeholders, donor organizations, NGOs & Government.
PISOB will create a sustainable & progressive social development system through building dynamic society consists with the deprived communities to strengthen their capacity to take initiatives for their self-development by planning, prioritization, operation and management so that they can get rid of the poverty by utilizing social wealth and increasing their own assets as well.
As a non-political, charitable, non-profit, voluntary and welfare organization PISOB will play vital role in rural and urban area by protecting civil society’s right, ensuring socio economic development, assuring human rights & good governance, creating mass awareness for prevention and risk mitigation of natural calamities and environmental disaster, improving educational standard and establishing progressive and model habitable city.
